The Amplifon Records Graduate Program is a fantastic opportunity if you’re seeking an ambitious international challenge! It will start in September 2024 at our Milan Headquarters and will run for 18 months.

During your Graduate journey, you can expect to be engaged in challenging tasks, job rotations, trainings, and becoming an integral part of our international community. As a key component of your Graduate Program, you will be driving change through a Sustainability Project that mirrors our purpose: empower people to rediscover all the emotions of sound.

But wait, there's more! You will have access to mentoring and feedback sessions to support your personal development and to ensure to make a meaningful impact!

What else? After the first 6 months of the Program, get ready for a fantastic twist: did we mention that for the last 12 months, you will be relocated to one of our 26 countries of the Group? Amazing, right? Get ready to discover!

What do you need to start this adventure?

Education & Experience

You hold a Master's degree or are on track to achieve one by 2024. You're not just collecting experience: you're crafting it. With a history of pursuing personal passions, you have a solid 5+ months of previous experience, whether through internships or beyond. And not to forget, you have already had at least 5 months of international exposure.

Attitude

You are not just ambitious, you're an enthusiastic go-getter with a growth mindset. Challenges? They're your playground for opportunities. You believe there's always a path to your goals, and if there's something to learn, you'll find the resources. Your communication skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and team collaboration are in your tool kit - you make things happen!

Languages

The recruitment process

CV screening

After submitting your application, our Recruitment Team will review your CV to determine if there is a right fit for a position within our Graduate Program.

Online assessment

If you successfully pass the CV screening, you will receive a link to our online logical and numerical assessment. Please, make sure to complete it within the due date. It will take you no more than 50 minutes.

Group assessment

Selected candidates will have the chance to join the group assessment. Together with other candidates, you will challenge yourself in solving our Business Case

Interviews

Be ready to be contacted by one of our recruiters and have one-on-one interviews with Amplifon's leaders
